  5:45 pm... got a Quarter pounder with cheese meal. Out of everything I ordered, only the coffee was hot. Probably just a bad day for them.

  I ordered my food, it was correct on the drive-thru screen and paid for my order. I go to the check-out, my fries were not there and I ask for my fries and the lady says, you didn't order any fries and that if you want some, it will be an extra $4.00....are you kidding me...not impressed!

  I like the self service ordering kiosks. The best part is everyone gets a number, so you don't have to try and get on the quickest moving line. Next step should be to allow you order and pay from the mobile app. Then you can get your order in on your way over and save more time.
